APPLICATONS & USE:

This product is designed for the use in direct thermal printing systems, suited for barcode and alphanumeric text printing. It has diverse applications such as distribution and transportation labeling, tracking labels and household labels etc.

PRINTING/CONVERTING:

It can be printed at various printing speeds with variety of direct thermal label printers.

FACESTOCK: DT ECO-BF1

A non top-coated BPA-free direct thermal paper with standard sensitivity. Resistant to thermal image smudging and scratching.

ADHESIVE: PR81

• A permanent rubber hotmelt pressure sensitive adhesive with good balanced of initial tack and peel performance, and excellent diecutting properties.
• The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for adhesives as components of articles intended for indirect contact with food.

LINER: WG62​​​​​​​

A super-calendered white glassine paper.
