APPLICATONS & USE:

This product is a multi-layer construction consisting of oneself-adhesive label nested on top of another label. The top label can be removed and applied to somewhere else, while the bottom stays stationary, remaining adhered to original pasted surface.

The labels may be applied to a variety of surfaces. It is recommended that users do their testing on the surface of interest to ensure suitability of label.

PRINTING/CONVERTING:

Ideal for high quality thermal transfer printing due to the special top coating which allows great thermal transfer printing compatibility with a wide range of thermal transfer ink ribbons. It can also be printed by all conventional printing processes.

FACESTOCK: PB THERMAL TRANSFER C-1

A special double coated matte white woodfree printing paper with ultra-smooth, micro-absorbent surface structure.

ADHESIVE: TP43

• An emulsion acrylic permanent adhesive with good aging and water resistance.
• It has good tack to various substrates.
• It is compliant to US FDA 21 CFR 175.105 (Adhesive) for food packaging & food processing, EU Toy Safety Directive 88/378/EEC(CEN EN71, Part 3) and Germany BgVV Empfehlung XIV Kunstoff dispersionen, Stand 15/June/1992.
