APPLICATONS & USE:

The product provides good print quality of barcodes and alphanumeric data with thermal transfer ribbons. Main applications are print & apply, warehouse inventory labeling and other in-house product identification labels.

PRINTING/CONVERTING:

The facestock can be printed by offset printing. It is also suitable for thermal transfer printing with wide range of thermal transfer ink ribbons. (Note: The quality of the print have to be tested by users to determine the acceptability, since the print quality depends on the combination factors of print setting, printer type, ribbon type/brand and label.) It is suitable for laser printing on Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 230.

FACESTOCK: THERMAL TRANSFER M-3

A woodfree coated printing paper with smooth surface and matte finish.

ADHESIVE: PR81

• A permanent rubber hotmelt pressure sensitive adhesive with good balanced of initial tack and peel performance, and excellent diecutting properties.
• The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for adhesives as components of articles intended for indirect contact with food.
